Pembelajaran di era algoritma menandai pergeseran fundamental dalam praktik pendidikan, ketika pedagogi digital semakin dipengaruhi oleh sistem berbasis kecerdasan artifisial, analitik data, dan otomasi pembelajaran. Di satu sisi, algoritma membuka peluang bagi pembelajaran yang lebih personal, adaptif, dan efisien; namun di sisi lain, ia menghadirkan tantangan etis terkait privasi data, bias algoritmik, transparansi pengambilan keputusan, serta relasi kuasa antara teknologi, pendidik, dan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan pedagogi digital tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kerangka etika kecerdasan artifisial yang berkeadilan dan berorientasi pada nilai kemanusiaan. Isu ini juga berkelindan dengan kesejahteraan pendidikan, mencakup kesehatan mental, beban kognitif, otonomi belajar, dan keberlanjutan peran pendidik di tengah intensifikasi teknologi, sehingga menuntut pendekatan kritis dan interdisipliner dalam merancang pembelajaran yang bermakna, etis, dan berkelanjutan di era algoritmik.
