The rapid advancement of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the global job market in unprecedented ways. From manufacturing and logistics to education, finance, and creative industries, intelligent systems are transforming how work is performed, managed, and evaluated. While automation enhances productivity and efficiency, it also raises critical questions about employment displacement, skill transformation, economic inequality, and the future of work itself.
